Chris & Juana Ortiz
Senior Pastors
Chris and Juana have been the Senior Pastors since 2022. They have held various position from Youth Pastors, Communication ministry, ushers, intercessors and Counselors. They are Symbis certified and recognized by the AACC for Christian Counseling. They also are recognized by the National Association of Christian Ministers. Chris is recognized for leadership excellence by various organizations, including village of Brockport Fire Department, Walmart, Boy scouts of America just to name a few. He is currently studying for his Masters degree in Biblical Studies along with completing his first book on Ministry leadership. Juana has her Bachelors from University of New York at Brockport. Her Studies were on Social Sciences. She has Certification for case manager and medical interpreter. They both hold Continuing education in Deliverance and counseling. In 2019 they Co founded Hopars Christian Family Center, Inc. and continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Jose and Sonia Diaz
Apostles
Jose and Sonia Diaz have been together over 50 years and have grown more every day in ministry and in love with God's people. Both were born in Puerto Rico but came to the US in 1977 and pastored in San Francisco. Returning to Puerto Rico in 1980 to pastor, Apostle Jose was diagnosed with a brain tumor a year later. After surgery doctors told him he could no longer pastor due to the stress. After 10 years he had to follow God's call to pastor and returned to the US in 1994. In 2000 the House of Prayer and Restoration was established. It has grown and flourished into a blessing to God's people and a light in our community of Rochester, New York. They have worked on various projects including co founding Hopars Christian Family Center, Inc. They are current in the missions field and church planting and overseeing.

Angie Velazquez
Associate Pastor
Angie is a powerful intercessor. She spends hours each day praying for her church, her community, and the world. She is also a strong advocate for women's empowerment. She believes that women are called to be leaders in the church and in society. Angie has spoken at numerous conferences and events, and is a tremendous teacher.

Worship Leader
Henry is a gifted musician and singer, and he is passionate about using his gifts to lead people to worship God. He is a powerful communicator, and his music is both inspiring and uplifting. Henry is a true worship leader, and he is a blessing to the Body of Christ.
